I use the Holistic Science of Sleep Method™, an innovative sleep system designed to reveal life style choices which interfere with your body’s natural ability to sleep well. We will work together to formulate a personalized plan using reliable and time-tested ideas and strategies. Focusing on your personality, daily schedule, and other personal details, we will devise balanced solutions to address your sleep challenges.
Personalized Plan
Based on the root causes of your sleep challenges, you will be presented with a personalized and flexible plan, which can be fine-tuned according to your ability to implement change. Together, we will evaluate the six primary lifestyle practices: daily routine, mindfulness, exercise, nutrition, wake-sleep transitioning practices and sleep environment.
Mentoring
As your Sleep Coach, I am here to help you overcome any challenges you might incur whilst implementing change. My function is to transform your new mindset and habits into continued success. Through step-by step routines, you will be equipped to reach your goals promoting lasting change. I will always be here for you throughout your journey to quality sleep.
